Newpath™ Laptop Desk with flipIT® Laptop Safe
The flipIT® Laptop Safe is a lockable charging station at the point of use. When closed, the top surface is usable as a regular study table. When open, the laptop can be freely positioned for use.
The low profile lid is even lower than the laptop screen, which promotes unobstructed sight lines.
Most laptops can remain connected for charging and network updates while stowed. flipIT-18 works with laptop case dimensions 16" wide x 11.5" deep x 2.5" thick. flipIT-23 for widescreens works with virtually all laptops and PC tablets.
An added level of security for insitutional laptops.

The flipIT Laptop Safe® is now made with perferations that work with the CompuLock Cable Tether security system. Perferations are placed to serve the locations of universal security lock ports for all makes of laptops. The locking systemlets you custom fit the key lock attachment for your laptop for a secure, positive interlock.
Options for data connectivity
Outfitted with flipIT-18 or 23 Laptop Safes, Newpath™ Laptop Desks support any connectivity requirement. Telecom plates are configured with the connectors you specify and simply snap into place on the wire management back wall of the laptop safe chamber. This is an option, not a requirement. Wire management pass-through is standard. Any power or data cable may pass through the back so the laptop can remain connected. Low batteries are not an issue.

Top is 30 mm MDF finished in HPL, base is 19mm melamine, all trimmed with 3mm PVC edge banding. 1.25" (31.75mm) steel floor leveling glides with 3/4" (19mm) adjustment. J-channel wire management on modesty panel, 80mm side access grommets. |
