Enter the Circle of Collaboration

Collaboration is a circle. Relationship is the perpetual constant in a collaborative environment. Pi is the constant relationship for calculating not only the area of a circle, but also, the area for collaboration!

There is an obvious difference in approach with the Pi™ System. It is based on the circle, not the rectangle. In fact, each Pi™table is an arc section of an 85-foot diameter circle, at which 314 people may be seated. (Pi’s value = 3.14…) Pi’s shape permits an unending number of arrangements to provide the relationship the collaboration requires. As the need arises for others to enter or leave the circle of collaboration, Pi™ allows it. And with enough personal space to let each participant benefit from the group and contribute productively.

Pi Computer Table with flipIT Laptop Safe

Pi™ Computer Tables are available with concave side on the left or right, designated PIL or PIR in the model number. The width dimension in the model number refers to the distance from the apex of the concave to the apex of the convex. Dimensions are stated Width x Depth x Height. Standard equipment for all Pi™ Computer Tables includes modesty panel, horizontal wire management and surge protector strip (SPS).

Pi™ Computer Tables are available at 28" (keyboard height) for use with laptops and the flipIT® Laptop Safe, or 30" (executive height) for use with flipIT FIK with keyboard tray. The "Pi™ R Squared" printer stand is available in these two heights to work as shown. This photograph shows the Laptop Safe on a 30" high Pi™ to illustrate how the system works.
