The VESA (Video Electronics Standards Association) FDMI (Flat Display Mounting Interface Standard) defines the physical interfaces and hole patterns as well as cable and power supply location guidelines for LCD flat panel displays.

SMARTdesks™ flipIT™: Workstations, Lecterns and Tables have been engineered to comply with these standards and each employs a universal mounting bracket making monitor attachment surprisingly quick and easy.

The vast majority of LCD Flat Display Monitors are VESA MIS-D, 100/75, C compliant. They are equiped with either a 75 x 75 mm or 100 x 100 mm mounting hole pattern. The SMARTdesks™ Universal Mounting Bracket attaches directly to these monitors.

Your monitor's hole pattern may be visible or require the removal of the monitor base (refer to your monitor's manual). If your monitor does not appear to comply with these guidelines. most likely, the monitor manufacturer can supply an adapter plate to enable attachment.
